Social Media Marketing Manager
Responsible for daily posts to all social media outlets
Implements a social media strategy, develop the plans, determine objectives, establish what needs to be accomplished and define how it will be done
Manages social media sites
Create stylish, quippy content for multiple social channels
Maintain video upload process and YouTube page
Write SEO-friendly content for travel landing pages and perform basic keyword research
Become a company advocate in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Identify opportunities to guest blog and invite guest bloggers to participate
Regularly provide feedback on insights gained from social media monitoring (Facebook Insights, etc.)
Continuously monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape
Searches for news/articles, usages of the products
Use alerts, search and other tools to monitor for mentions
Create contests to get people excited about our information
Ability to add and edit permissions, editing the page
Implements social media campaigns
Monitors internet for brand related topics of conversation
Identifies and reports on social media trends
Monitor the effectiveness and success of online initiatives, provide reports for management on what worked and what didn’t work
Write blog articles
Uses social networking analysis tools
Provides feedback to higher ups, contact with the Public Relations, Marketing, Sales and management departments to communicate on public feedback, complaints and conversations surrounding the brand that are taking place in the public sphere
Promotes social media within the organization
Focuses on creating ads and viewing insights to help in the creation and implementation
Overview all of the activities, removing or tweaking anything, they find inappropriate or in need of a quick change
Access to all of the information on our social media pages
Make our pages to be successful
Create relationships with our customers and social media users
Work closely with Marketing Divisions to strategize, develop, execute and manage the internet-initiatives and e-marketing campaigns for the corporate websites to drive sales and promote the desired brand images
Write and Edit creative contents for the corporate websites
Manages social media campaigns
Updated on a daily basis and messaging is timely and relevant, maintain the contents
Engages in dialogue and monitors customer issues
Monitor the websites and blogs for any positive or negative feedbacks and trends about our organization
Follow up on the feedback, encourage and thank individuals for positive feedback, and try to appease any unhappy customers
Work with internal resources to develop e-campaigns and creative contents for the websites
Monitors trends and encourages adoption of social media tools

Age not more than (40)
Any Graduate, in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Digg, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.), Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of experiences in writing/managing a company blog and managing social media channels for Brands
Strong, proven passion for travel
Solid understanding of basic HTML
Experience writing SEO-friendly website content
Needs to have Online-Marketing, Advertising, Reporting and Author’s knowledge
Proficient in MS office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
Proficient in English Language 4Skills is a Must
Proficient in typing in both English and Burmese format accurately
Strategize and execute social media campaigns.
Regular updates in various social media channels according to the brand's expectation.
Work on monthly calendars and reports on the campaigns/ social media channels.

Salary: USD (350) (Equivalent Kyats) or DEPENDENT ON APPLICANT'S QUALIFICATIONS
