All employees are required to toggle on GPS on their mobile phones within working hours. GPS tracking is part of company’s day to day operations. It is compulsory since GPS tracking will provide the company, whereabouts of the employees within the working hours. Those who didn’t turn on GPS tracking will be considered either absent or unproductive and it will affect their payroll calculation.
This is to acknowledge that I have reviewed the GPS Tracking Policy. I understand that the guideline provides general instructions and information about the GPS Tracking. I also understand that it is my responsibility to read, understand and become familiar with and comply with GPS Tracking policy that have been established and announced on relevant Yammer Group. In addition, I understand that I should consult with my supervisor if I have any questions concerning its contents.
I further understand that the company reserves the rights to modify, supplement, rescind, or revise the policy from time to time, with or without notice, as it deems necessary or appropriate. I understand that revised policy may supersede, modify or eliminate existing policies.
I acknowledge that failure to abide will affect my payroll and I give my consent to company to adjust my payroll as per GPS Tracking records and agreed to comply with the policy and procedures.
